I started to smoke when I was 15 and became a chain smoker at the age

of 30 years. Three years ago I started to have chronic cough during

harmattan season from December to March. But last year I noticed the

cough was on throughout the the year even in the dry season. And in the

past 6 months it has been severe. I produce a lot of mucus I become

short of breath when I walk just a little and I cannot climb any stairs.
